The Silent Voice of Creation Book Release Party

Charles Robinson, a Franklin resident and member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and O’More Publishing invite you to share Robinson’s passion for nature at his book release party for The Silent Voice of Creation  June 19th from 6 pm-8 pm in the “W” Building of Cool Springs, 274 Mallory Station Road, Franklin.

“O’More Publishing, a division of O’More College of Design in downtown Franklin, is thrilled to have worked with Charles to publish this unique prospective of God as seen in the creation,” commented Dr. K. Mark Hilliard, O’More President and CEO.  “It is with great joy that we celebrate the completion of this special book.”

Robinson developed a strong awareness for the importance of cultural identity as a young man when he had the opportunity to travel to different countries. He played professional basketball in Europe and traveled extensively while living there. He has also spent time in Jamaica, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Canada.

Robinson currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Eagles Wings Ministry, the Board of Trustees for New Hope Academy, the Board of Trustees for O’More College of Design, and the Board of Directors for Empty Hands Fellowship. He and his wife, Siouxsan, are powwow dancers who use their talents to share their heritage through The Red Road, a non-profit Native American / First Nations organization the couple founded in 1999. His journeys, heritage, and zeal for human connection helped inspire The Silent Voice of Creation.

Those who have read The Silent Voice of Creation are eager to recommend Robinson’s book.  Musical artist tobyMac writes, “These daily readings are a great tool for the whole family. Not only are they challenging and insightful for adults but they are invaluable in teaching our children how to recognize God in creation as well!” Richard Twiss, President of Wiconi International, shares, “Charles Robinson helps us engage with our everyday world and find that place where spirit and nature reside.” Fellow author Don Richardson says that reading this book “is like turning from a black and white TV screen and entering a garden ablaze with beauty.” Grammy award winner Bill Miller describes the book as “a beautiful collection of stories and scripture reflected through the eyes and heart of a First Nations believer and minister of the Kingdom.”
